Who We Are
Dockhand Services is a full-scale marine construction company serving residential, commercial, and municipal clients across the Northeast. From custom docks and bulkheads to complex infrastructure projects, we deliver high-quality waterfront solutions with the experience, equipment, and team to get it done right. The company is led by brothers Matthew and Michael Ruffolo — graduates of NJIT and Stevens Institute of Technology, with backgrounds in civil and mechanical engineering.
